This high-quality HELUFLON single-core cable is designed for applications requiring reliability and resistance to harsh conditions. Made with a silver-plated copper core surrounded by FEP fluoropolymer insulation, this cable provides excellent flexibility and durability. Its construction guarantees safe and efficient power transmission in demanding industrial environments and beyond.
Construction and properties
The cable features a construction based on a multi-strand, flexible stranded copper conductor (class 5 according to VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228). FEP-HELUFLON® insulation provides exceptional resistance to temperatures – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C) – and to chemical agents. The silver plating of the core minimizes oxidation and increases conductivity, resulting in stable connections. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.

- Low water permeability: approx. 0.18 mg/cm² over 24 hours – ensures reliability in humid conditions.
- Compliance with standards: the product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE).
The HELUFLON cable is not only high-quality workmanship but also versatile application. It will work well in both fixed installations and applications requiring frequent bending. Its flexibility makes it easy to install even in hard-to-reach places. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4x cable diameter for stationary bending.
