This high-quality 600 V single-core cable with HELUFLON fluoropolymer insulation is a solution for demanding applications. The cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to temperature, chemicals, and radiation, making it an ideal choice for harsh industrial environments. The construction with a stranded copper core ensures flexibility and reliable connections.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for durability and safety. The copper core, available in unannealed, silver-plated, or annealed versions, is insulated with FEP-HELUFLON® material, which guarantees excellent dielectric properties and resistance to damage. The cable is resistant to flames, alkalis, acids, food products, oils, and gasoline. Additionally, it is completely waterproof and does not absorb moisture – water permeability is only 0.18 mg/cm² over 24 hours. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive CE (2014/35/EU).
Applications
The HELUFLON cable is widely used in installations and construction of switchgear cabinets in extreme temperature conditions – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). It will work in furnaces, brickworks, heating and kitchen appliances, and measuring devices. It is also indispensable in the chemical industry due to its resistance to aggressive substances. Thanks to its properties, it is perfectly suited for applications requiring high reliability and safety.
