Construction and properties

The HELUFLON cable has an FEP fluoropolymer insulation (HELUFLON®), which guarantees a wide range of operating temperatures – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). This special insulation provides not only thermal resistance but also chemical resistance – the cable is resistant to flames, alkalis, acids, food, oils, and gasoline. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.

• Exceptional resistance: FEP insulation provides high resistance to radiation (up to 1 x 10⁶ cJ/kg) and minimal water permeability (approx. 0.18 mgr/cm² in 24 hours).

Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal choice for the food industry or chemical laboratories. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 1.7 mm. The cable is available in various colors – to order a specific color, add the appropriate symbol to the catalog number (e.g., 1 = black, 2 = red).
