Robust single-core cable for extreme conditions

This specialized HELUFLON® FEP-6Y cable is designed for applications requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals, and mechanical stress. It is ideal for both industrial installations and devices exposed to harsh working conditions. The construction with a silver-plated copper core ensures excellent conductivity and long-term reliability.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flexible construction with a stranded copper core, covered with FEP (HELUFLON®) fluoropolymer insulation. This insulation guarantees resistance to temperatures from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), as well as to oils, acids, bases, food products, and radiation. Additionally, the material is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety. The insulation resistance is at least 2 GOhm/km. The cable is completely waterproof and does not contain silicone or cadmium.

Thanks to its properties, it performs perfectly in places exposed to difficult environmental conditions. The silver-plated core ensures minimal signal loss and long-term connection stability. The core cross-section of 1 mm² and the rated voltage of 600 V allow for safe use in various electrical applications. The approximate outer diameter is 2 mm.
