This high-quality HELUFLON single-core cable, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is designed for applications requiring reliability and resistance to harsh conditions. The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 600 V and is made of stranded copper core, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation. The FEP fluoropolymer insulation guarantees exceptional chemical and thermal resistance.

Construction and properties

The HELUFLON cable stands out with its advanced construction, which translates into its unique properties:

• Core: Made of copper, available in unannealed, silver-plated or tinned version (class 5 according to VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228).
• Insulation: FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer provides resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly +230°C) and aggressive chemicals.
• Resistance: The cable is resistant to radiation, microorganisms, ozone and water (absorption below 0.01%). It does not contain silicone or cadmium.
• Safety: Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant material, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1.
