This high-quality 600 V single-core cable from the HELUFLON series is designed for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and harsh environmental conditions. The construction with a silver-plated copper core ensures excellent conductivity and reliable connections. The cable is characterized by flexibility thanks to the multi-strand core construction (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing.
Construction and properties
The HELUFLON cable stands out with its advanced construction, providing its unique properties:
- Core: Copper, silver-plated stranded wire, meeting VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5, and IEC 60228 class 5 standards – silver plating increases conductivity and corrosion resistance.
- Insulation: Made of FEP fluoropolymer (HELUFLON®), guaranteeing resistance to extreme temperatures (from -100°C to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C), chemicals, radiation, and flames.
- Flexibility: Multi-strand core construction class 5 provides high flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces.
- Durability: Resistant to the development of microorganisms and fungi, completely waterproof with minimal water permeability.
- Safety: Materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, and IEC 60332-1 standards.

The minimum bending radius for flexible routing is 10 x Ø cable, and for stationary – 4 x Ø cable.
