Construction and properties

The cable is designed in accordance with DIN VDE 0281 part 3, HD 21.3 S3 and IEC 60227-3 standards, which guarantees its high quality and compliance with European standards. The core is made of class 5 stranded copper – flexible, which facilitates installation and routing of cables in tight spaces. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation provides good protection against moisture and mechanical damage. The cable is tested for radiation resistance up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad), which increases its durability in various operating conditions. Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and parameters

The H05V-K cable is ideal for wiring distribution boards, control cabinets and internal installations in electrical devices. It can be used in dry rooms, both on the surface and under plaster in insulating pipes. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 12.5 x its outer diameter (2.5 mm), which facilitates routing cables even in difficult conditions. The operating temperature range is flexibly from -5°C to +70°C and stationary from -30°C to +80°C. The insulation resistance is at least 10 MOhm x km.
