Extreme application silicone wire

This flexible, single-core silicone wire is designed for operation in harsh conditions where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by high temperature resistance and ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The wire is particularly recommended for use in areas exposed to high temperatures, oils, greases or aggressive chemicals.

Construction and properties

The wire is made of flexible stranded copper conductor class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees maintaining properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (flexibly from -25°C). The wire meets IEC 60332-1-2 standard in terms of flame propagation resistance and is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire. The rated voltage is 300/500V. The outer diameter of the wire is approximately 7.7 mm with a cross-section of 16 mm².
