Single-core silicone wire, heat-resistant SiF 1x0.5mm² beige 23312
Special application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. It features high temperature resistance, both in stationary operation (-60°C to +180°C) and flexible operation (-25°C to +180°C), making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. Made from a multi-strand copper conductor class 5, it provides good flexibility and ease of installation.
Construction and properties
This cable is distinguished by silicone insulation, which provides not only resistance to high temperatures but also to many chemical substances – oils, greases, solvents, acids and alkalis. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it meets IEC 60332-1-2 standard in terms of fire propagation limitation. This makes it suitable for use in places with increased safety requirements, such as power plants. The cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V and has been tested with 2000V.
Applications and benefits
The HELUTHERM SiF cable is particularly recommended in industries such as: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Its versatility makes it suitable for various applications – from powering devices in difficult industrial conditions to installations requiring high flexibility and temperature resistance. The minimum bending radius (15x cable diameter for flexible operation and 6x for stationary) makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces. The conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm² and the outer diameter of approximately 2.3 mm allow it to be used in a wide range of devices and installations.
