Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x0.5mm² pink 23311
Silicone cable for demanding conditions
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It features high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for applications where standard cables fail.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of a flexible, multi-strand copper conductor, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), providing high flexibility and mechanical strength. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures – both in flexible operation (from -25°C to +180°C) and stationary (from -60°C to +180°C). The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is as high as +180°C. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, confirming its safety and quality. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which increases fire safety.
Applications
The cable is widely used in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Halogen-free properties also allow its use in power plants. Thanks to its resistance to oils, greases, alcohols and other chemicals, it will perform well in environments exposed to contact with aggressive media. The minimum bending radius is 15x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 6x for fixed installation. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The cable is characterized by a high breakdown voltage – minimum 5000 V.
