Extreme application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions requiring high temperature resistance and flexibility. It is ideal for both industrial installations and specialized applications. The cable is characterized by high reliability and safety of use, confirmed by certificates of compliance with European standards.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of a multi-strand copper core with a cross-section of 10 mm², which ensures good flexibility and ease of installation. The core is tinned, which increases its corrosion resistance. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (flexible from -25°C) and high chemical resistance. The cable is halogen-free, meaning it releases a minimal amount of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of people and property. The rated voltage is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.9 mm.

Halogen-free properties also make it suitable for use in power plants. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to high temperatures, it is ideal for movable connections and in places exposed to high thermal loads. The minimum bending radius (flexible 15x cable diameter) makes installation easy even in tight spaces. Additionally, the cable is resistant to oils, greases, alcohols and many other chemicals. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 and IEC 60332-1-2 standards regarding flame propagation resistance.
