Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x10mm² pink 24611
Silicone cable for demanding conditions
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It features high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for applications where standard cables fail. Made of tinned copper, flexible stranded wire class 5, it provides a reliable connection and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
The cable has silicone insulation, which guarantees its flexibility even at very low temperatures. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, confirming its high quality and safety. Additionally, it is halogen-free – meaning it does not release toxic gases during combustion, increasing safety in the event of a fire. Resistant to oils, greases, solvents and many chemicals.
- Operating temperature range: flexible from -25°C to +180°C, stationary from -60°C to +180°C.
- Rated voltage: 300/500 V.
- Test voltage: 2000 V.
- Minimum bending radius: flexible 15x cable diameter, for fixed laying 6x cable diameter.
- Conductor: tinned copper, flexible stranded wire class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228
- Outer diameter: approximately 6.9 mm for a cross-section of 10 mm².
Applications
This cable finds wide application in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Halogen-free properties also make it suitable for installation in power plants. Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures, it is ideal for heating devices and in places exposed to heat. It will work everywhere where high flexibility and reliable connection are required in difficult environmental conditions.
