Special application silicone cable

This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. It features high resistance to heat, chemicals and mechanical stress, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. This cable is used where standard cabling fails – in metallurgy, the ceramic industry, aerospace and many others.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of a multi-strand, flexible tinned copper conductor class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone rubber insulation guarantees safety and reliability even at very high temperatures. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases fire safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire. It meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with LVD 2014/35/EU.

• Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at 300/500 V (U0/U). The nominal core cross-section is 10 mm², and its approximate outer diameter is 6.9 mm.
