Extreme application silicone cable

This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range and harsh industrial conditions. It features high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring reliability and safety. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, guaranteeing high quality and compliance with European standards.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of a flexible, stranded copper conductor class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Silicone insulation guarantees the retention of properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (flexibly from -25°C). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in case of fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2). Its outer diameter is approximately 9.5 mm with a conductor cross-section of 25 mm².

This cable finds wide application in various industries, such as: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It also performs well in power plants. Its resistance to high temperatures, oils, greases and other chemicals makes it indispensable in demanding applications. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V.
