Special application silicone cable

This single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users in demanding industrial applications. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of flexible class 5 stranded copper conductor, which ensures high flexibility and easy installation. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high and low temperatures – the operating range is from -60°C to +180°C (flexible from -25°C). Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2). The minimum bending radius is 15x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 6x the diameter for fixed installation. The conductor cross-section is 25 mm², and its approximate outer diameter is 9.5 mm. The rated voltage is 300/500 V.
