This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It features high resistance to external factors, making it a reliable choice for both professional installers and end-users. The cable meets DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards, guaranteeing safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

Construction and properties

The core made of tinned, multi-strand flexible copper class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) ensures flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees maintaining properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (stationary) and from -25°C to +180°C (flexible). This makes the cable perfect for applications requiring high thermal resistance. Additionally, the material is resistant to many chemicals, such as oils, greases, acids, alkalis and ozone.

The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases during combustion (compliance with DIN VDE 0482-754-1/DIN EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1). It also has a high level of flame propagation resistance (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1-2).
