Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x25mm² transparent 24810
Special application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. It features high heat resistance and is ideal for industrial applications where standard cables fail. Made of tinned, stranded copper class 5, it provides a reliable connection and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
This cable is distinguished by silicone insulation, which ensures its flexibility even at very low temperatures (down to -60°C). It can be used at a working temperature of up to +180°C (flexible) and +180°C (stationary). This is particularly important in applications requiring resistance to high temperatures, such as industrial furnaces, heating devices or lighting systems. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire – it meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.5 mm with a cross-section of 25 mm².
Applications and benefits
HELUTHERM SiF cable is widely used in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It is also used in power plants. Its resistance to chemical factors – oils, greases, acids, alkalis and salt solutions – makes it a universal solution for demanding environments. Thanks to its flexibility and mechanical strength, it facilitates installation and ensures long-term reliability of installations. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards and has a rated voltage of 300/500V. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 15x the diameter for flexible operation.
