Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant SiF 1x6mm² transparent 23910
Silicone wire for demanding conditions
This single-core silicone wire is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for both installers and end-users looking for a reliable and safe solution.
The wire is made of tinned copper, multi-strand flexible class 5, which ensures good conductivity and easy installation.
Construction and properties
The wire has silicone insulation, which guarantees its resistance to high temperatures – up to +180°C in stationary and flexible operation and up to +180°C per core. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard. Its construction allows it to maintain flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -60°C). The wire is resistant to many chemicals, such as oils, greases, diluted acids and alkalis. The rated voltage is 300/500V, and the outer diameter of the wire is approximately 5.5 mm with a cross-section of 6 mm².
Applications
The wire is widely used in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. Halogen-free properties also make it suitable for installation in power plants. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to high temperatures, it is perfect for places exposed to high thermal loads and in applications requiring frequent bending. The minimum bending radius is 6x the wire diameter for fixed laying and 15x the wire diameter during flexible operation.
