Single-core silicone wire, resistant to high temperatures SiF 1x1mm² transparent 23510
Extreme application silicone cable
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +180°C. It features high resistance to external factors and is suitable for demanding industrial conditions. The cable is made of multi-strand copper wire, providing high flexibility and ease of installation. Silicone insulation guarantees safety and reliable operation even at extreme temperatures.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards. The wire is made of tinned copper, which increases its corrosion resistance. The wire construction consists of 14 strands with a diameter of 0.15 mm for a cross-section of 1 mm². The silicone insulation provides not only thermal resistance but also chemical resistance – the cable is resistant to oils, greases, diluted acids and alkalis. Additionally, the material is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2). The cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V and a test voltage of 2000V.
Applications and benefits
The HELUTHERM SiF cable is an ideal solution for installations in the steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic industries. It can also be used in power plants due to its halogen-free properties. Its flexibility (minimum bending radius 15x cable diameter) makes it easy to lay in tight spaces. Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures, it is perfect for applications requiring long-term exposure to heat. This cable guarantees reliable operation even in the most demanding working conditions.
