Spiral PUR cable, shielded PUR-SPIKA 7x0.14 mm² black, 1000mm 85945
Universal spiral cable for electronics
This black, shielded PUR-SPIKA cable, 1000 mm long, is a flexible solution for electronics applications where a high degree of freedom of movement and resistance to mechanical damage are required. The cable is characterized by a 7-strand construction, which ensures good conductivity and reliable connections.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of stranded copper conductors insulated with TPE-E, guaranteeing flexibility and abrasion resistance. The strands are twisted and additionally shielded, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides protection against external factors and mechanical damage. Thanks to an elongation ratio of 1:4, the cable can be stretched up to 3000 mm, making it easier to install in hard-to-reach places. An important structural element is the straight sections at the ends, 200 mm long – ready for connection.
Applications and benefits
The PUR-SPIKA cable is used in many industries, including:
- Lifts: The flexibility and durability of the cable make it ideal for use in lifts, where it is exposed to continuous bending and stretching.
- Entertainment industry devices: Provides reliable connections in devices requiring high cable flexibility.
- Medical devices: Meets safety and reliability requirements in medical applications.
- Measuring instruments: Minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring measurement accuracy.
- Revolving doors: Allows doors to move freely without the risk of cable damage.
- General electronics applications: Ideal for all low-current devices requiring a flexible connection.
This cable is particularly recommended where standard cables are not suitable due to space constraints or the need for frequent bending. A rated voltage of up to 300V (up to a cross-section of 0.14 mm²) and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C ensure a wide range of applications.
