Universal PUR-SPIKA cable for applications requiring flexibility

The PUR-SPIKA 4x0.5 cable is a reliable solution for powering devices in various environments – from the entertainment industry, through medicine, to applications in lifts and revolving doors. Its construction based on twisted copper strands and TPE-E insulation ensures good conductivity and flexibility, while the outer PUR jacket protects against mechanical damage and external factors. This cable is particularly useful where resistance to bending and twisting is required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Four copper strands, made in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure efficient current conduction. TPE-E insulation guarantees safe use, and wire identification according to DIN 47100 facilitates installation. The outer PUR jacket provides protection against abrasion and the influence of oils and greases. The cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -25°C to +70°C – making it suitable for operation in harsh conditions. An elongation ratio of 1:4 allows you to adjust the cable length to specific needs. In addition, each cable has straight sections 200 mm long at the ends, which facilitates connection.
