This black HELUCONTROL® OZ-620-HMH 2x1 mm² cable is an advanced solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. The cable is designed for buildings of Hazard to Life (ZL) character – office buildings, hospitals, schools, airports and other facilities where protecting human life is a priority. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire, protecting people's health and sensitive electronics.

### Construction and application

This cable is ideal for both control and power applications. Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60502, it consists of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (flexible), insulated with halogen-free plastic. The conductors are twisted in layers for optimal core pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a halogen-free coating in black color. The cable is metered, UV resistant and weather resistant, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. It will work in fixed and flexible installations with medium mechanical load – in machines, conveyor belts, production lines and air conditioning systems.

Additional tests confirm the cable's resistance to vertical flame propagation (according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 /DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-322-3-24 / DIN EN 60332-3-24 / IEC 60332-3-24), corrosiveness of gases produced during combustion (according to DIN VDE 0482-754-2 / DIN EN 60754-2 / IEC 60754-2) and smoke emission during combustion (according to DIN VDE 0482-1034-2 / DIN EN 61034-2 / IEC 61034-2). The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, which further increases safety.
