Single-core halogen-free wire – safety and installation flexibility
This blue single-core H05Z-K wire with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is a reliable solution for electrical installations where fire safety is a priority. Made with a stranded copper core, it meets stringent standards for smoke and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire, in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-3-41 / DIN EN 50525-3-41. This minimizes the risk of toxic substances, protecting the health and lives of users.
This wire is characterized by a flexible construction with a flexible stranded core (class 5), which makes it easy to install and route in various conditions. It is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V, both AC and DC. The insulation made of halogen-free material provides additional protection against the effects of fire.

The H05Z-K wire is suitable for operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – which guarantees its reliability even in difficult operating conditions. The minimum bending radius is ≤ 8mm for cables with a diameter below 8mm, and larger above (see specifications). Resistance to radiation up to 20 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad) makes it a good choice for applications exposed to electromagnetic radiation. The outer diameter of the wire is approximately 2.5 mm.
