KOMFORT MAX Solar Set for Comprehensive Solar Energy Utilization

The KOMFORT MAX solar set is a system for users expecting a wide range of control functions for any solar installation, including those used to assist home heating or pool water heating.

Advanced Control Technology and Monitoring

The heart of the system is the new generation MiniSOL controller using "Plug&Play" technology. The device is equipped with a built-in WiFi module and mobile app support (Android/iOS).

The circulation pump speed from WILO is smoothly regulated by PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates to minimal electricity consumption.

High-Efficiency Solar System Components

The installation is based on two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total active surface area of 4.12 m², made from an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selective coating and copper piping. The construction uses laser welding technology and a harp-type absorber layout with four connection nozzles, which protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating even in case of power failure.

The collectors are designed for operation in all climatic conditions thanks to full thermal insulation of the housing made from mineral wool. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and hail-resistant according to EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm diameter). The powder-coated aluminum frame and aluminum bottom provide a sturdy construction.

Complete Set of Components and Service Support

The system contains all necessary components: OKC200 NTRR/SOL double-coil water heater with 200 dm³ capacity with titanium anode, ALEX HX10 pump group with WILO pump, ZNP 18DS expansion vessel with 18-liter capacity and ZPKS connection kit. Additionally, the set includes: BiSolar DN16/25m flexible pipe, TERMSOL EKO -25°C heat transfer fluid (20 kg), electronic flow meter (60L), EKO-LAN modem and pressure switch.

All components are manufactured in Poland, ensuring easy access to warranty and post-warranty service. After registering the set, the basic warranty is extended: solar collectors (10 years + 1 year), water heater (5 years + 1 year), pump group (2 years + 1 year). Factory-selected components eliminate the risk of incorrect sizing of the entire system.
