The KOMFORT PLUS HX200-2KS2100.W104 solar set is an advanced heating system that utilizes solar energy to prepare domestic hot water and support building heating. The system is designed for 2-3 person households, offering wide possibilities for controlling and monitoring the operation of the solar installation.

Efficient components and advanced automation

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100 solar collectors with a gross area of 2.06 m² each, made of low-iron tempered glass. The transparent coating of the collectors allows up to 95% of solar radiation to pass through, resulting in a high optical efficiency of 76.4%. Aluminum-copper absorbers made using laser welding technology ensure durability and efficient heat absorption.

The dual-coil tank with a capacity of 200 liters, equipped with a magnesium anode, guarantees long-term corrosion protection. The ALEX HX10 pump unit is characterized by a compact design (11.5×37.5×13 cm) and full functionality of a two-way group thanks to an innovative method of separating air from the installation.

The advanced GH26 controller offers support for up to 6 temperature sensors, the ability to control 3 circulation pumps, installation pressure control, and support for 19 solar installation schemes. The system enables cooperation with external heat sources and features an antibacterial function (anti-legionella).

Energy efficiency and operational savings

Hewalex solar collectors consume minimal amounts of electricity - to generate 100 W of heat, approximately 1 W of electricity powering the circulation pump is sufficient. The system can cover almost 60% of the annual hot water demand, reaching up to 90% during the summer period. During the winter period, efficiency remains at approximately 30%, making the installation profitable year-round.

Regulatory compliance and technical support

All collectors hold the European Solar Keymark quality certificate, confirming durability and high energy efficiency. Maintaining the certificate requires regular testing conducted in Swiss and Spanish laboratories. The collector glass is hail-resistant, as confirmed by tests according to the European standard EN ISO 9806.

The manufacturer provides technical support through the Service Department and the Solar Installation Technical Support Department located in Czechowice-Dziedzice. A manufacturer's warranty is provided for all components, and the system can be monitored via the Ekontrol.pl platform, enabling remote control of the installation's operation.
