The Hewalex OKC250NTRR/SOL storage water heater is an ideal solution for domestic hot water (DHW) heating systems utilizing both solar energy and traditional heat sources, such as boilers. The design with two heat exchangers (coils) allows for effective use of renewable energy sources, reducing operating costs and environmental impact. The lower coil is designed to work with a solar installation, and the upper one – with a heating boiler.

Efficiency and construction durability

The water heater is characterized by low heat loss thanks to the use of 50-millimeter insulation made of rigid polyurethane foam. The inner surfaces are made of steel coated with ceramic enamel, which provides protection against corrosion. Additional anti-corrosion protection is provided by the installed magnesium anode. The outer casing made of durable plastic in gray color is resistant to dirt and mechanical damage, making it easy to keep the device clean and ensuring its long-lasting aesthetics.

Installation and operating parameters

The device can be placed directly on the floor, and adjustable feet allow for precise leveling, making installation easier even on uneven surfaces. The water heater with a diameter of 584 mm and a height of 1532 mm weighs 120 kg. It has a permissible working pressure of 10 bar and offers an upper and lower heat exchanger area of 1 m² each. The manufacturer's warranty is 5 years, which proves the high quality of workmanship and reliability of the device.
