IP Video Door Station

This Hikvision DS-KV8213-WME1(C)/Surface two-tenant video door station is an advanced solution for access control and communication, ideal for both single-family homes and multi-family buildings. The device combines high image quality, ease of use and a solid construction, ensuring safety and comfort. Surface mounting simplifies installation, and the ability to power via PoE or 12V DC provides flexibility in choosing a connection method.

Functionality and capabilities

The station is equipped with a 2 MPx camera with infrared (IR) illumination function up to 3 meters, which guarantees a clear image even in difficult lighting conditions. The wide viewing angle of the camera (124° horizontally and 75° vertically) allows for covering a large observation area. The built-in RFID card reader (13.56 MHz) allows you to open doors using MIFARE cards or key fobs, increasing convenience and security. Two call buttons allow you to serve two independent premises. Additionally, the station has two relay outputs for controlling locks or gates and four alarm inputs for connecting additional sensors.

Communication and integration

The station supports network communication via Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) and wirelessly via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz), providing flexibility in system configuration. Remote access and configuration via a web browser or Hik-Connect mobile application (monitor required) allows for full control of the system from anywhere. The built-in speaker and microphone with noise and echo reduction function guarantee high sound quality during conversations. The station is compatible with the iVMS-4200 system, which facilitates integration with other Hikvision devices.

Durability and protection

The aluminum housing provides high resistance to weather conditions (IP65) and vandalism (IK08). A wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +53°C) allows installation of the station in various climates. The built-in tamper switch informs about attempts of unauthorized access to the device.
