High-performance single-function boiler for modern installations

The VICTRIX TERA V3 35 PLUS EU condensing boiler is a wall-mounted single-function device designed for space heating with the possibility of connecting an external domestic hot water (DHW) storage tank. With a nominal power of 32 kW in heating mode and 37.9 kW maximum during DHW heating, it is suitable for both single-family houses and larger apartments or commercial premises.

The device is adapted to work on gas with a blend of up to 20% hydrogen (H2 READY), making it ready for future changes in gas infrastructure and the gradual transition to more ecological fuels. This is a significant feature for installers designing installations with long-term heating system modernization in mind for the customer.

Stainless steel heat exchanger and automatic venting

The heart of the boiler is a new heat exchanger made of stainless steel in the form of a single-pipe coil - a solution based on proven designs from the previous generation, but additionally improved. The composite casing of the heat exchanger affects its durability and corrosion resistance.

A practical consequence of this design is the automatic venting of the entire installation when the boiler is located at the highest point of the heating system. For the installer, this means less work during commissioning; for the user, it means a faster start of correct system operation without the need for manual radiator venting.

Seasonal efficiency at a level of 93% and efficiency at partial load reaching 97.7% (at approx. 30% of nominal power) allow for a real reduction in fuel consumption compared to older types of boilers.

Power modulation and energy-saving electronics

The boiler offers a wide range of modulation - minimum power starts from just 6.1 kW, allowing the device to work significantly below nominal power during transitional periods and at low heat demand. In practice, this translates to lower operating costs, as the boiler does not have to cyclically switch on at full power during low demand.

Smooth regulation is ensured by electronic modulation for both heating and DHW, supported by an energy-saving circulator pump controlled electronically. The boiler's self-diagnostics inform about any faults, which facilitates servicing.

The electrical protection rating IPX5D ensures resistance to water jets - important when mounting, for example, in a bathroom or damp rooms.

Weather compensation and integration with automation systems

Weather compensation is available as standard - it is only necessary to purchase an external temperature sensor (e.g., a temperature probe) to activate the operating mode dependent on atmospheric conditions. The boiler automatically adjusts operating parameters to what is happening outside, which further optimizes gas consumption.

The device can work with:

• DIM zone manifolds - enabling independent control of several heating circuits,
• On/off thermostats (e.g., TYBOX 117+) - a classic solution for users preferring simplicity,
• CAR V2 weather automation - expanded programming capabilities,
• DOMINUS mobile application - remote monitoring and control of the boiler from a smartphone.

Using the CAR V2 controller and an external temperature probe, the boiler achieves energy efficiency class A+, which is the highest class available for boilers of this type.

Operating parameters and installation conditions

The boiler operates with a maximum working pressure of 3 bar and a working temperature up to 90°C. The heating temperature regulation range is 20-85°C, and the DHW temperature range is 30-60°C. An expansion vessel with a total capacity of 10 liters (7.1 liters usable) provides compensation for changes in the volume of the installation water.

The maximum length of the flue pipe can reach 32 meters, providing great flexibility when designing the flue gas exhaust system - especially important in boiler rooms where the boiler does not have direct access to a chimney.

The weight of the device is approx. 36.7 kg empty and 40.5 kg when filled with water - the compact wall-mounted design facilitates installation even in limited boiler room space.

The acoustic power level is 54 dB, and nitrogen oxide emissions remain at class 6 level, meeting current standards
