The SSTN 26x58x250 mm thermoset housing is a solid solution for protecting electrical and electronic devices in demanding conditions. Made of glass fiber reinforced polyester (SMC), it is characterized by high mechanical and thermal resistance, making it ideal for outdoor use, in industry, as well as in photovoltaic, railway and telecommunication systems. Thanks to the composite material, the housing guarantees safety even at extreme temperatures and provides resistance to damage.

Construction and mounting

The SSTN 26x58x250 mm housing is supplied with a lock, hinges and mounting angles. Please note that the lock cylinder is not included and must be purchased separately. Before mounting the housing to the foundation, it is necessary to unscrew the bottom of the housing – this facilitates proper connection and screwing of the elements. This design ensures stability and ease of installation.

Resistance and compliance with standards

INCOBEX thermoset enclosures comply with DIN 14598 standard and EU guidelines. They have a protection degree of IP44, which means effective protection against splashing water and the ingress of solid objects. In addition, the SMC material is characterized by a high flammability class V0, ensuring fire safety. Therefore, the housing can be used even in places with an increased risk of fire. Mechanical and thermal resistance guarantee long-term operation even in difficult environmental conditions.
