Metering connection for energy meter mounting

This robust metering connection is designed for the safe and organized mounting of electrical energy meters both on poles and building facades. The connection's design allows for easy connection to existing energy infrastructure, and its versatility allows for use with both single-phase and three-phase meters. Functionality and application

The connection has been designed with the specific requirements of the PGE distribution areas in mind: Piotrków Trybunalski, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Wieluń, Łowicz, Sieradz, Bełchatów and Radomsko. It features a built-in branch strip 4x2x35mm², which allows connecting an additional receiver without the need to interfere with the main circuit. Additionally, the connection offers space for an overcurrent switch, clock/modem and a 4x35mm² strip for wlz. The housing with dimensions of 400 x 580 x 250 mm (width x height x depth) provides sufficient space for all necessary elements. The IP44 protection class guarantees resistance to weather conditions and protects against the ingress of solids and water.

Safety and durability

Made of high-quality materials, the connection is characterized by a minimum housing wall thickness of 3.5 mm and a flammability class of V0 – ensuring a high level of safety. The handle in the housing has the possibility of being locked with a padlock or MasterKey insert, which further protects against unauthorized access. The connection has a manufacturer's declaration of conformity supported by a SEP-BBJ certificate – confirming its quality and compliance with applicable standards. The lacquered surface protects against UV radiation, ensuring long-lasting aesthetics and resistance to weather conditions.
