Self-extinguishing halogen-free electrical conduit – protection and safety for installations

Corrugated conduit made of modified polyamide 6 (PA6), designed to protect electrical cables in installations requiring increased fire resistance and reduced emission of toxic substances during combustion. Ideal for industrial applications where high temperatures and mechanical loads occur. It is characterized by flexibility, making it easy to route cables even on complex routes.

Properties and application

This halogen-free flexible conduit is particularly recommended in places with stringent fire protection requirements. The self-extinguishing material (HB according to UL94) minimizes the risk of fire spreading, and the absence of halogens in the composition ensures low toxicity of gases released during a fire. Thanks to its UV resistance, the conduit retains its properties for a long time, although direct exposure to sunlight is not recommended. Compressive strength up to 750 N guarantees protection of cables against mechanical damage. Low friction coefficient facilitates cable pulling over longer distances.
