Corrugated protective conduit – protection and flexibility for electrical installations

The RKLGF corrugated protective conduit is a reliable solution for routing and protecting electrical wires in concealed installations. Its flexible design, achieved through a special cross-section, allows for easy installation even in hard-to-reach places, as well as future wire replacement without the need to interfere with the wall structure. Low friction coefficient facilitates cable pulling over long distances, significantly speeding up installation work. The product meets the requirements of directive 2014/35/UE (LVD), guaranteeing safety of use.

Material and properties

Made of polypropylene (PP), the conduit is characterized by high tensile strength, hardness and impact resistance. It has good temperature resistance in the range of -25°C to +110°C and is resistant to most chemical compounds. Low water absorption ensures stable dielectric properties even in humid environments. The conduit is flammable, but halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. Compressive strength is 320 N, providing adequate protection of cables against mechanical damage. IP40 protection rating protects against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm.
