The BlackFlex Spectra-200 flexible hose with a diameter of 75 mm is a high-quality ventilation duct designed for ventilation and heat recovery systems in residential buildings. Construction and properties

The BlackFlex Spectra-200 hose features a double-layer construction that provides noise reduction and thermal insulation. The outer layer made of black polyethylene is stabilized against UV radiation, which increases its resistance to weather conditions. The inner layer of the hose has antibacterial and antifungal properties thanks to the use of a patented material containing silver, copper and other natural microbiologically active compounds. This solution ensures hygiene and prevents the development of microorganisms inside the ventilation duct. Additionally, the inner wall is antistatic, which limits dust accumulation. The smooth surface minimizes air flow resistance, translating into energy efficiency of the ventilation system.

The BlackFlex Spectra-200 duct is ideal for ventilation installations in residential buildings where there are no strict requirements regarding reaction to fire. Its flexibility allows for free routing of installations, even in hard-to-reach places. Mechanical strength allows the hose to be concreted during construction works. Thanks to the materials and construction used, the duct ensures quiet operation of the ventilation system and efficient air transport with low pressure losses. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, pipes of this type can be used in single-family buildings without additional fire safety requirements. The available coil length is 50 meters. The inner diameter is 61 mm and the outer diameter is 76.2 mm. The minimum bending radius is 0.17 meters.
