Baufix 50 is a compact collection tank for installation on a strip foundation or on the basement floor. In combination with the U3 KS submersible pump (to be ordered separately), it is suitable for pumping domestic sewage from washbasins, kitchen sinks, showers and washing machines located in the basement or in the laundry room. A drain grate in the tank cover protects against major flooding at the installation site. It is not permitted to feed sewage containing faeces into this tank.
