Coaxial cable YWDXpek 75 1.05/5.0 LF0203
Coaxial cable – reliable signal transmission
Coaxial cable YWDXpek 75 1.05/5.0 is a solution dedicated to antenna installations and cable television. This cable, manufactured by Zakłady Kablowe Bitner, provides stable and efficient transmission of high-frequency signals in internal installations. Its construction, based on a copper inner conductor and shielding with foil and braid, minimizes interference and ensures high signal quality.
Construction and application
The YWDXpek cable consists of several key elements: a copper inner conductor insulated with polyethylene foam, a tube with polyester tape coated with aluminum, and a braid of tinned copper wires. The whole is surrounded by a polyvinyl chloride coating, which protects against mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors. This makes the cable suitable for both home installations and more demanding industrial conditions. It is ideal for distributing television signals in residential buildings, offices or commercial facilities.
Key features and benefits
- Wave impedance 75 Ohm: Ensures optimal matching with most RTV devices and cable television systems.
- Shielding: Aluminum foil and copper braid effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing a clean signal.
- Copper conductor: Provides good electrical conductivity and connection durability.
- Polyethylene foam: PE foam insulation minimizes signal loss over long cable lengths.
- Fire reaction class Fca: Increased safety of use – the cable limits the spread of fire in the event of a fire (compliant with EN 13501-6 standard).
- White jacket color: Facilitates cable identification in the installation and looks aesthetically pleasing indoors.
- Wide operating temperature range (-30°C to 70°C): Allows the cable to be used in various environmental conditions.
Additionally, the cable is characterized by a minimum bending radius of 5 times its diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The resistance of the inner conductor is approximately 20.41Ω/km and the outer one 27.4Ω/km, which translates to stable signal transmission over longer distances. Effective capacitance at 57 nF/km further supports the quality of the transmitted signal.
