The YnTKSYekw 1x2x0.8 cable is a specialized wire designed for use in fire alarm systems, control and alarm installations. It provides safe and reliable connections in critical situations, meeting stringent fire safety standards. The cable's construction with a foil screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable signal transmission.
Construction and application
This cable consists of two copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.8 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, surrounded by a flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride coating. Shielding provides protection against external interference. The wire is intended for permanent installation inside buildings, but can also be used in mobile installations, maintaining an appropriate bending radius (minimum 10 times the cable diameter). Due to its properties, the cable finds wide application in:
- Fire alarm systems – as a transmission path for sensors and linear modules.
- Autonomous fire extinguishing and smoke extraction control systems.
- Installations used in the event of a fire – to activate auxiliary devices (e.g. ventilation shutdown, elevator lowering).
