Rainwater Harvesting with the Hydro-Box System

The Hydro-Box 315mm adapter, mentioned here, is a key element of this system. It is used to connect retention and infiltration boxes to existing well infrastructure with a diameter of 425 mm. Made of durable polypropylene (PP) and equipped with a gasket, it provides a tight and durable connection. Its orange color makes it easy to identify during assembly and subsequent operation.

Design and application

This adapter is designed for mounting in the upper opening of HYDROBOX-2 PP boxes with a diameter of 315 mm. It allows connection to an inspection well (PP riser pipe) with a diameter of 425 mm. Mounting the adapter requires pre-wrapping the boxes with geotextile and cutting appropriate holes. This adapter allows for a smooth transition between the infiltration system elements and the existing drainage or drainage infrastructure.
