Gas pipe PE100-RC Titan type 2/2 – reliability and safety in your installation

The Titan type 2/2 pipe is a two-layer solution designed for the safe transmission of gaseous fuels in underground pipelines. Made of high-density polyethylene (HD-PE100) of a special RC grade, it is characterized by increased resistance to stress cracking, eliminating the need for costly and labor-intensive sand bedding during installation. This saves time and money for both the installer and the user.

The pipe is available in 12-meter lengths, which facilitates transport and installation on larger objects. The orange color ensures good visibility and identification of the pipe during installation work and subsequent operation.

Construction and properties

The two-layer construction of the Titan pipe combines the advantages of mechanical strength and chemical resistance of HD-PE100 RC polyethylene. This material ensures long-term reliability and safety of use, even in difficult environmental conditions. The SDR17 ratio (Standard Dimension Ratio) indicates the appropriate wall thickness of the pipe, ensuring resistance to working pressure. The nominal diameter DN 315 and the outer diameter 315 mm make the pipe ideal for use in gas networks with medium and high throughput.
