Gas pipe PE100-RC Titan – reliability and safety in your installation

Titan type 3 pipe is a two-layer solution designed for the transmission of gaseous fuels in underground pipelines. Made of high-density polyethylene (HD-PE100) of a special "RC" type, it is characterized by increased resistance to stress cracking. This means that the installation using it does not require additional sand backfill, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation work. An additional external protective layer made of polypropylene (PP) in yellow with green stripes ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Supplied in a convenient coil of 100 meters in length, it facilitates transport and assembly on the construction site.

Construction and application

Titan type 3 pipes have been designed for demanding applications in gas networks. Their two-layer construction combines the flexibility of polyethylene with the strength of polypropylene, creating a protective barrier against external factors. A wide range of diameters, including the available DN 75 model with a wall thickness of 4.5 mm and an SDR 17 coefficient, allows the pipe to be adapted to specific project needs.
