Brass wall elbow for KAN-Therm ultraLINE installation

This wall elbow is made of brass (CW617N) with ears, designed for KAN-Therm ultraLINE systems. The profiled approach for the tap connection facilitates installation and provides an aesthetic appearance. This fitting is an integral part of a ringless system, allowing the connection of PERT2, PEXC and PERTAL2 pipes using a PVDF plastic sliding sleeve.

The elbow features a long internal thread, ensuring a solid and tight connection. The height without a cap is 52.5 mm – the cap is used to perform pressure tests of the installation.

Design and application

A key feature of the ultraLINE elbow is the minimized constriction at the point where the pipe connects to the fitting. This reduces pressure loss in the installation, which translates to more efficient operation of the entire system. The symmetrical design of the sliding sleeve simplifies installation – it does not require precise positioning of the pipe.
