Stainless steel ball valve for demanding installations

The ball valve with a semi-union and flat sealing, made of stainless steel, is a reliable solution for water, heating, cooling and compressed air systems. Designed to work with the KAN-therm Steel Inox press-fitting technology, it ensures the tightness and durability of connections. Its construction minimizes pressure loss in the installation.

This valve is particularly recommended for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high temperature – thanks to the use of stainless steel 316 (1.4401) and EPDM sealing, it operates stably in the temperature range from -35°C to +135°C (short-term up to 150°C) and working pressures up to 16 bar. The LBP controlled leakage function further increases safety.

Construction and assembly

The valve has an internal metric thread with a diameter of 1/4 inch (8) and a clamping socket with a nominal diameter of 25 mm (DN25) and an outer diameter of 28 mm. This makes it compatible with a wide range of KAN-therm Steel Inox system components. Assembly is carried out by radial pressing in the "M" profile, which guarantees a quick and secure connection.

The valve lever is equipped with the possibility of replacing colored inserts (red or blue), which facilitates the identification of the installation and allows for a quick reading of its purpose – e.g. distinguishing between hot and cold water installations. This simple solution significantly improves the servicing and maintenance of the system.
