Steel pipe galvanized for KAN-therm Steel systems

Pipe made of carbon steel, galvanized on both sides, designed for the construction of KAN-therm Steel installations. It is characterized by precision manufacturing and high-quality materials, which guarantees reliable and durable connections. It is a key element of the system, designed for internal heating and cooling installations.

The pipe has a longitudinal weld and is protected with a chromium layer, which further increases its corrosion resistance. The zinc layer, with a thickness of 8-15 µm, is applied by hot-dip galvanizing, ensuring excellent adhesion even during bending. Additionally, the pipes are protected with an internal oil coating during transport and storage.

Application and structural features

The pipe with a diameter of 76.1 mm and a wall thickness of 2.0 mm is ideal for creating branches in KAN-therm Steel installations. This system is based on the "Press" technique, enabling quick and reliable installation without the use of open flame. This not only saves time but also ensures safety during installation. A wide range of pipe and fitting diameters (from 12 to 108 mm) and high pressure resistance (up to 16 bar) make the KAN-therm Steel system a versatile solution for various needs.
