Crimped Fitting for Fire Suppression Systems

Steel fitting with a galvanized coating (Fe/Zn88, thickness 8–15 µm) designed for installation in sprinkler systems. Push-fit connection type – installation is performed using a crimping tool, without the need for threading or welding.

Features an integrated LBP (Leak Before Proof) function – after crimping, if the connection is not properly made, controlled water leakage occurs before full sealing. This allows for immediate detection of installation errors before the system is subjected to operating pressure.

Sealing is achieved with an O-ring – ensuring tightness under cyclic thermal and mechanical loads typical of fire suppression systems. Material: steel – corrosion-resistant due to the zinc layer, suitable for use in dry and humid environments.

For the Installer – Simplicity and Safety

Installation is faster than threaded connections – no need to apply tape or paste, and no risk of damaging threads. The LBP function eliminates the need for pressure testing after installation – if there is no leakage at low pressure, the connection is correct.
