InoxFlow manifold with shut-off valves (RVV series) 50 mm pitch - 4 circuits 1316161002
InoxFlow Manifolds – Reliability and Efficiency in Your Installation
The InoxFlow manifold with shut-off valves (RVV series) is a key element of modern heating and water systems. Made of stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions. This particular model, with a 50 mm pitch and four circuits, is ideal for both domestic and commercial installations.
Construction and Application
This manifold is based on a 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel bar with a 1¼” profile, guaranteeing high strength and corrosion resistance. The bar is equipped with 1” female thread connections and ¾” male thread nipples serving as outlets for individual circuits. Each circuit has an individual shut-off valve, allowing precise flow control and easy servicing of the installation. Clamps with elastomeric inserts dampen vibrations, reducing noise and increasing user comfort. An additional ½” opening in the upper part of the bars is intended for an air vent, making it easier to remove air from the installation.
This manifold is particularly recommended for installations powered by glycol mixtures and where high resistance to chloride ions is required – e.g., in domestic water installations. Thanks to the use of stainless steel, InoxFlow manifolds are characterized by exceptionally high hydraulic efficiency – twice as high as brass models – allowing for the connection of a larger number of heating circuits.
Advantages for Professionals and End Users
- Durability and Reliability: Stainless steel construction guarantees a long service life and corrosion resistance, minimizing the risk of failure and costs associated with replacement.
- High Hydraulic Efficiency: The 1¼” bar profile provides a better flow of heating medium than standard brass solutions.
- Easy Installation and Servicing: Shut-off valves allow precise flow control in each circuit and facilitate the isolation of individual sections of the installation during servicing.
- Noise Reduction: Clamps with elastomeric inserts dampen vibrations, ensuring quieter operation of the heating system.
- Versatility: The ability to work with glycol mixtures and high resistance to chloride ions make the manifold suitable for a variety of applications – from central heating to domestic water installations.
- Aesthetics: Modern design and high-quality workmanship enhance the aesthetic value of the finished product.
- Compatibility: Ability to cooperate with existing KAN-therm fittings (reducers, air vents, etc.).
InoxFlow manifolds are an investment in the comfort, safety and energy efficiency of your heating system.
