This manifold from the UFST MAX series is a key element of heating installations, especially where precise flow control and reliable operation are required. Made of stainless steel 1.4301, it ensures long-term corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The manifold design is designed for easy installation and integration with other KAN-therm InoxFlow system components.
Construction and application
The manifold is designed to handle 6 heating circuits, equipped with valves for actuators and flow meters with a regulation range of 0 - 5.0 l/min. This allows for accurate adjustment of the operating parameters of each circuit to individual needs. The spacing of the outputs to individual circuits is 50 mm, which ensures convenient connection. The supply and return beam has a G1” plug on one side. The manifold works with G 3/4” connecting nipples and G 3/4” connections. The G1 internal thread on the beams facilitates connection to the installation. The actuators used in the manifold have an M30x1.5 adapter.
Installation comfort and durability
Thanks to the wall mounting bracket, the manifold installation is simple and quick. The high quality of stainless steel construction guarantees resistance to conditions prevailing in heating installations, even those filled with glycol mixtures. Additionally, the presence of an air vent facilitates the removal of air from the system, ensuring its optimal performance. The width of the manifold is 390 mm, and the height is 362 mm – these dimensions should be taken into account when planning the installation. The beam profile of 1 1/4” and the beam spacing of 235 mm ensure the stability of the structure and easy access to individual elements.
