InoxFlow Manifolds – Reliability and Efficiency in Every System
The InoxFlow series manifolds are a modern solution for central heating and underfloor heating installations. Made of stainless steel 1.4301, they guarantee high corrosion resistance and long-term operation, even in harsh conditions. This particular model, with 7 circuits, is ideal for both smaller and larger installations where precise flow control is required.
Design and Application
The InoxFlow manifold with valve actuators and flow meters (UFST series) is designed for easy installation and use. The beam made of a 1 1/4” profile with a beam spacing of 235 mm provides high mechanical and hydraulic strength. Top beam supply facilitates connection to an existing installation. The distance between the outputs for individual circuits is 50 mm, allowing for flexible adaptation to the needs of a specific project. Thanks to the use of G 3/4” threads and M30x1.5 adapters for actuators, the manifold is compatible with a wide range of KAN-therm fittings. Flow meters with a regulation range of 0 - 2.5 l/min allow for precise adjustment of the performance of each heating circuit.
- Stainless steel 1.4301: ensures corrosion resistance and durability, especially in installations with glycol mixtures.
- 1 1/4” profile: increases the mechanical and hydraulic strength of the manifold.
- Top beam supply: facilitates integration with an existing installation.
- Flow meters: allow precise regulation of the performance of each heating circuit (up to 2.5 l/min).
- Compatibility: works with KAN-therm fittings (reducers, air vents, tees, etc.).
- High hydraulic efficiency: twice as high as in traditional brass manifolds thanks to the use of stainless steel and a larger inner diameter of the beam profile.
This manifold is not only a technical element – it is an investment in comfort and safety of the heating system. Thanks to high-quality materials and precise workmanship, you can be sure of reliable operation for many years. The use of stainless steel minimizes the risk of corrosion and the ingress of harmful substances into drinking water, which is particularly important in water installations.
