InoxFlow Manifolds – Reliability and Durability in Heating Systems

The InoxFlow series manifolds are components designed for the construction of efficient and reliable heating installations, both in residential and commercial buildings. Made of stainless steel, they guarantee long-term operation even in harsh conditions. The RBB series model without fittings, in a 4-circuit version, provides a base for creating a manifold perfectly tailored to the specific needs of the installation.

Design and Application

The manifold rail is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), with a 1¼ inch profile, ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance. The beam spacing is 235 mm, which facilitates mounting and connection of individual circuits. Installation connections on G1 inch threads allow easy connection to the supply, while outputs to individual circuits with G ½ inch threads (50 mm spacing) allow connection of heating pipes. A ½ inch hole in the upper part of the beams is intended for mounting an air vent, which facilitates the removal of air from the installation. The supply and return rails are secured with G1 inch plugs.

Thanks to the use of clamps equipped with elastomeric inserts that dampen vibrations, the manifold minimizes noise and vibrations in the installation, which translates to user comfort. The ability to work with glycol mixtures expands the range of applications of the device.
