Design and application

The elbow is a press-fit component, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation compared to traditional connection methods. It is designed for pipes with a diameter of 35 mm (DN 32), with a bending angle of 45 degrees. The EPDM O-ring seal ensures a leak-proof connection, and the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function further increases installation safety – allowing detection of an improperly pressed connection before commissioning the installation. The bend radius is 42 mm, and the overall length is approximately 95 mm.
