Inox Elbow – Reliability and Durability in Press Systems

This is a 90° elbow made of stainless steel 1.4404, designed for press connections in KAN-therm Inox installations. The fitting is characterized by high corrosion resistance and durability, making it an ideal solution for both installers and users expecting long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The elbow with a diameter of 35 mm (DN 32) is an element of a system designed to work with various media, from potable water to industrial installations.

Construction and Materials

Made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404 (steel 316L), the elbow provides exceptional corrosion resistance, even in aggressive environments. The EPDM seal guarantees a leak-proof connection and eliminates the risk of leaks. The LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leak function is an additional safety feature – if the pressing is incorrect, a medium leak indicates an error, allowing it to be corrected before the installation is started. The fitting length is 93 mm, and the bend radius is 42 mm, ensuring optimal hydraulic properties.
