Stainless steel compression elbow for Inox systems

This is a 90° compression elbow from the Inox series, made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404. Designed for creating durable and safe connections in water, heating, cooling, and industrial installations. It utilizes compression technology, which ensures quick and reliable installation without the need for welding or threading.

Solid construction and materials

The elbow is entirely made of stainless steel 316L (1.4404), guaranteeing exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance. The seal made of monomeric ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EDPM) ensures the tightness and reliability of the connection. Stainless steel not only provides durability but also an aesthetic appearance, especially important in surface-mounted installations.

LBP technology and installation safety

A key feature of this elbow is the controlled leakage function LBP (Leak Before Press). This means that if the fitting is not properly compressed, a leak will occur, immediately indicating a mounting error – this is important for installers and a guarantee of the safety of the entire installation. This helps avoid leakage problems in the future.

Specification and application

The elbow has a nominal diameter of DN 40 (outer pipe diameter 42 mm) and a bend angle of 90°. The length of the elbow is 107 mm, and the bend radius is 51 mm. It is compatible with the Inox KAN-therm system and other compression systems using similar clamping profiles.
